GEMIS produces a scoped proposal with activity outlines, delivery format, timeline and total investment. The proposal is specific — not a template. No obligation to proceed.

Development and review

GEMIS develops each activity against the approved brief. You review each activity and provide feedback. One revision round per activity is included — we revise and resubmit within the agreed timeline.

Delivery and IP transfer

All source files are delivered — editable Word, editable PowerPoint, and production-ready PDF versions of every activity. Full IP transfer is confirmed in writing. The materials are now yours, permanently and unconditionally.

What exactly is an activity?

An activity is a structured, facilitated learning experience — typically 30 to 60 minutes — built around a specific AI tool and a specific workplace task. It includes a facilitator guide, a participant worksheet, step-by-step instructions, a real-world scenario and a reflection component. Each activity is self-contained and can be delivered as part of a programme or standalone.
What does full IP transfer mean in practice?

On delivery and final payment, all intellectual property in the activities passes entirely to you. You can deliver them as many times as you like, to as many people as you like, in perpetuity. You can modify them, rebrand them, translate them. GEMIS Technical Academy retains no rights, charges no royalties and has no ongoing involvement unless you want us to.
What format are the deliverables?

Each activity is delivered as editable source files: a Word document (facilitator guide and participant worksheet), a PowerPoint file (any slide-based components) and a PDF (print-ready participant version). You receive all three formats for every activity.
How long does development take?

The scoping consultation produces a brief and timeline. Development typically runs 2 to 4 weeks per batch of 5 activities, depending on complexity and how quickly you can turn around the review. The full timeline is agreed and locked before development begins.
What is the revision round?

Every activity includes one revision round — a structured feedback cycle where you review the draft, provide comments and we revise accordingly. The revision round covers content, tone, scenario accuracy and any factual corrections. Additional revision rounds can be agreed at additional cost.
Can we commission activities in phases?

Yes. The minimum engagement is 5 activities. Many clients begin with 5, review the output and commission further batches. Each batch is scoped and priced independently. The scoping consultation fee is only charged once — if you continue with additional batches, there is no repeat consultation charge.
What happens if we are not happy with the output?

The scoping consultation and signed brief exist precisely to prevent this. We do not begin development without a locked brief. The revision round is included to address any gaps between the brief and the output. If there is a genuine shortfall against the agreed brief after the revision round, we will make it right.
Can we include our own tools or systems?

Yes. If your organisation uses specific software, platforms or internal systems, we can build activities around them. The scoping consultation is where we capture those requirements. Activities that require proprietary tools or internal access may require additional scoping time.
