We come to you. The GEMIS facilitator arrives at your premises — your boardroom, your training room, wherever works. You don’t need to book a venue. If you don’t have suitable space, we can assist with recommendations, but the default is your location.
You choose any 6 (half-day) or 10 (full-day) activities from your sector catalogue of 40 — drawn from any of the 4 themes, in any order. Each activity is self-contained. The facilitator tailors examples and scenarios to your organisation during the session itself.
The maximum group size per session is 20. For larger teams we run multiple sessions — either on the same day with a split group or on separate days. Each session is billed separately. Contact us to discuss logistics for large-scale rollouts.
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout for online purchases. Proforma invoices reflect the ex-VAT amount and VAT separately. A full VAT invoice is issued automatically on payment confirmation.
No licences required. Every tool is free — Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma, Canva (Copilot activities are available as an alternative catalogue for Microsoft 365 organisations). Your team can keep using every tool the morning after the session at no cost.
