Report a Lost Voucher

Request a manual replacement for a voucher you cannot locate.

Voucher replacement is a manual process handled by the GEMIS Technical Academy team. Please complete the form below with as much information as possible. We will verify your purchase and issue a replacement voucher within 2 business days. There is no charge for replacing a lost voucher.

Before you submit — check these first
Check the email address you used at purchase — your voucher code was emailed to you immediately after payment was confirmed.
Check your spam or junk folder. Voucher emails occasionally get filtered.
If you purchased by proforma invoice, check whether payment was confirmed by Vanessa — vouchers are only issued after payment confirmation.
Log in to your account above and check the My Account dashboard — your active vouchers may already be listed there.

Replacement request

This is how we verify your purchase. Must match the email used when you bought the voucher.

Found on your purchase confirmation email or invoice.

Replacement vouchers are issued only after we have verified your original purchase. We cannot issue replacement vouchers for orders where payment was not confirmed. If you purchased by proforma invoice and are unsure whether payment was received, please also email training@gemis.tech directly.
