Terms and Conditions for AI Advantage: Leadership Essentials Workshop
Course Booking and Venue Changes:
We aim to confirm the workshop venue as early as possible. However, if we do not meet the minimum number of participants required to secure the venue, we reserve the right to either:
(a) move the workshop to a different, comparable location,
(b) postpone the workshop to a later date, or
(c) cancel the workshop entirely. In the event of a venue change or postponement, all participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
Payment and Confirmation:
To reserve your seat, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures we can finalize arrangements and secure the venue.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date.
For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop, we will refund 75% of the course fee.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop start date are non-refundable due to commitments with the venue and other arrangements.
Course Changes and Cancellations by Us:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
